I was heavier than I had ever been and was very frustrated with myself. Our daughters (6 and 8) had been training at Chadwick’s and their trainer offered to help my husband and me. I started training 3 days a week and doing cardio 5 days a week. Our trainer also gave us a nutrition plan the entire family could live with.
